A. Make 500000 PwDs to be knowledgeable about law.
B. Reach 10,00,000 people to understand about inclusion.
1. To raise awareness throughout society, including at the family level, regarding persons with disabilities, and to foster respect for the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities.
2. To combat stereotypes, prejudices and harmful practices relating to persons with disabilities, including those based on sex and age, in all areas of life.
3. To promote awareness of the capabilities and contributions of persons with disabilities.
C. Build capacity of 5000 people/organizations to become change agents.

A. Organise seminars, talks, awareness camps, awareness booths.
B. Print, display and distribute IEC materials – Copies of laws, posters, flyers and bookmarks.
C. Disseminate information on existing government schemes and facilities.
D. To spread awareness about inclusive SDGs and Accessible Odisha.

Objective 3 - Build capacity of 5000 people/organizations to become change agents.
A. Sensitise 1500 govt. officials
B. Create 3000 engaged community/groups – changemakers at village levels.
C. Support 200 voluntary organizations engaged in social upliftment across Odisha to become inclusive by including concerns of people with disabilities in all their ongoing programs.
D. Support 300 philanthropic-social-cultural organizations and educational institutions to include disability-accessibility-inclusion in their annual calendar of activities.
